Each piece is made with care, and I want you to feel completely satisfied with your order. Please read the following information about returns, exchanges, and refunds, which are guided by Australian Consumer Law.
Return Timeframe
You’re welcome to return an item or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept returns after this period unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for change of mind purchases.
A refund or repair will be provided if an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For all other eligible returns, you’re welcome to request an exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In their original packaging
In the same condition as received
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by production issues cannot be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and practical reasons, certain items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty:
Hats
Gift cards
Sale items discounted by 50% or more
Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
How to Arrange a Return
Before sending an item back, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and shipping details.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error. It’s recommended to use a trackable postal service, as I cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
International Orders and Import Duty Fees
International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees charged by their local government.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
All items are sold in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure.
